After your purchase, we will ship the order with PostNL, TNT, DHL, SkyNet, FedEx, Schenker, Rhenus or UPS directly to the delivery address you provided us with in the order. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours when goods are in stock. For backorder stock items, we will contact you personally.
To ship our products, we use a flat fee shipping rate per order. These fixed amounts are based on certain regions.

- We only make use of reliable transport companies to ship the products to you;
- Our fixed fees for shipping are based on the weight of the packages. For instance 1 fin = 1 kg = Fixed fee up to 5 kg. 4 fins = 4 kg = Fixed fee up to 5 kg. 9 fins = 9 kg = Fixed fee up to 10kg. 10+ fins = 10+ kg = Fixed fee over 10 kg;
- For small packages under 10 kgs we mostly use PostNL; for larger boxes we use either FedEx, UPS, Schenker, Rhenus, TNT or DHL;
- We will ship the products as soon as possible and immediately after shipping, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date and tracking details;
- All our products are insured during transportation;
- In case of damage to the package upon arrival, please mention this at once on the delivery sheet or receipt.
PLEASE BE AWARE, THAT WE CANNOT CLAIM ANY DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORTATION WITHOUT A MENTION OF THIS DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY SHEET. IN CASE DAMAGE IS NOT REPORTED AT ONCE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR CLAIM, SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT CAREFULLY AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
After receipt of your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days without any explanation. For this, please send us an e-mail and you will receive a confirmation ASAP, with instructions on how to proceed. Please be aware that the products must still be in the original unopened packaging.
Please also bear in mind that you must cover the costs of the return shipment. Unstamped return shipments will not be accepted for processing. After receipt, the purchase price of the goods will be refunded.
