Who can apply to the Inner Tribe?
Anyone with a passion for windsurfing and a connection to the Tribal mindset. Whether you’re a seasoned speeder, a weekend freerider, or just starting out – if you care about progress, stoke, and the sport, you’re welcome to apply.
Do I need to ride Tribal gear to join?
No, but it helps. Many Inner Tribe members already use Tribal fins, boards or sails – but if you’re genuinely interested in testing or switching, we’d still love to hear from you.
Is the Inner Tribe only for pro riders?
Definitely not. The Tribe is made up of all kinds of riders – from grassroots testers to hardcore GPS addicts. We value attitude, not status. If you’re motivated, helpful, and stoked: you’re in the right place.
What does being part of the Inner Tribe mean?
You’ll be part of a global network of riders who give feedback, test prototypes, share honest opinions, organize local demo sessions, and help push the sport forward. It’s also about connection: stoke, support, and respect.
Will I receive free gear?
The Inner Tribe is not a sponsorship program. However, active members do get access to exclusive rewards like early test gear, special discounts, and surprise drops. The more you contribute, the more comes your way.
Do I have to organize events?
Not at all. But if you’re open to helping out – like bringing demo gear to your local spot, taking photos, or spreading the word online – that’s always appreciated. We’ll support you with materials and gear when possible.
How often are test days or local meetups?
That depends on your region. In some countries, Tribal riders host regular test sessions – in others, it’s more organic. Once you’re part of the Inner Tribe, we’ll loop you into local opportunities.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews all applications personally. If there’s a fit, we’ll reach out by email within 7–14 days. If we’re not able to onboard you right away, we’ll keep you in the loop for future opportunities.
Can I promote Tribal on social media?
Yes – and if you’re active on Instagram, Facebook, or windsurf forums, we’d love to know. We’re always looking for authentic riders who can share the Tribal story through their own voice.
