    It’s all about the right combination! Speed, acceleration and lightweight ergonomics are the 3 key words to describe our OMAHA design. This 3-camber Freerace sail combines the blistering top speed and acceleration of a full-blooded race sail with the user friendliness of a freeride sail!

    OMAHA is Freerace in a light and ergonomic 3-camber set-up. … you will hardly know it’s there when you are blasting down your local speed strip or racing your friends across the water. Furthermore, the bright Blue/Yellow colour combination, with a stunning graphic look will make you stand out on the water for sure!

    PERFECT BALANCE & STABILITY

    OMAHA offers the perfect balance and stability with a 3 cam set-up and an optimised twist for a more all-round performance. You’d certainly expect such high performance characteristics in a high end race sail and OMAHA actually does this without it becoming a monster that only giants can hang on to. All this is achieved by a combination of reasonably high foil tension, 3 cams, 7 carbon composite battens and a moderately wider luff sleeve featuring super lightweight hi-tech 2 mil tri-axial X-ply.

    RDM VS SDM

    All sizes in the OMAHA range are supplied standard with SDM cams. A replacement set is also available to make the switch between SDM and RDM. Sailing the OMAHA on an SDM mast will give the sail a more direct feeling, but certainly we can also recommend the use of an RDM mast in this sail, especially for lighter riders and this will give the sail a slightly softer feeling.

    Can I use other mast brands in my TRIBAL sail?

    Yes, this is possible, but to ensure 100% performance we recommend the TRIBAL masts that the sails have been designed for. Go for constant curve with a little flex in the top masts and avoid hard top masts.

    There are two eyelets in my sail; which one should I use?

    In general, for all our sails the bottom eyelet will give you a little more control and you will be able to sail in higher wind or more demanding choppy conditions. Using the lower eyelet allows the sail to open up and breathe a little more. Taller persons might find the top eyelet better and smaller persons might like the bottom eyelet better. In the end it all comes down to personal preference.
